It has been a long way bringing about and understanding the changing security environment over the last few years and the need to keep our self abreast to meet these challenges. The complexities of security related issues not only have to be aptly understood but proactive changes have to be incorporated from time to time and security environment beefed up. The motto of Panzer is to provide well trained guards under strict management control at reasonable costs stipulated under state minimum wages directives for a safe and secure environment.
The vision that I foresee for Panzer is to achieve Global Standards as a benchmark in security business as the most trusted service provider by Incorporating modern practices, old fashioned values of discipline, responsibility and integrity to exceed customer satisfaction. While it may be easier said than done but we as a team have to work together to make our mission and motto achievable and it can only be done through sincerity, dedication and a defined will which is focussed towards this direction. If we have to reach our goals we must all realise that our strengths will also lie in ensuring greater levels of consistency in retaining manpower by exhibiting that we are a fair organisation with practised business ethics and value professional competence.

The atmosphere of growing and gaining knowledge is one of PANZERS' strongest attributes. Since the company is relatively young in a fast developing economy, there is a lot of emphasis on producing one's best possible work while fostering a community of collaboration. The security scenario has undergone a vast change in the last one decade or so with terrorist activities gaining impetus thus rendering most locations/targets vulnerable. This involves drastic/revolutionary changes in the need for training and proactive preparation so that emerging challenges can be faced with grit and determination. Our mission is to provide proactive services for a secure feeling by the clients at all times and the vision that we see is to establish panzer as a force to reckon with, in the security industry by taking it to the level of a domestic player in the next five years and as a global leader in a span of ten years as a benchmark in security business for revolutionising the utter demeanour with efficacy so as to be the service provider with utmost trust with modern practises coupled with discipline and integrity for complete customer satisfaction. Professional competence, good business ethics with sound hr policies and focussed unbiased approach and total dedication will help us achieve our objectives.
